The Brahma Kamal, or the lotus of Lord Brahma (Hindu Mythology). Its a pure white flower (its digitally modified here) about 5 inches in diameter. It blooms in the evenings, once a year and for a duration of just about six hours. My friend had this plant and when it bloomed, he promptly gave me a call. We set up our equipment forced it to remain in bloom forever.Monday, March 05, 2007
